Events • John Adams lived all his life in Barton St. David, Somersetshire, where he was a husbandman, succeeding to his father's occupancy of the copy-hold land. At the age of 40 he became administrator of his father's estate. He made his will 19 March 1604 and was buried 22 March 1604. John married Agnes Stone, daughter of John Stone, on 1 Feb 1574-1575 in Barton, St. David, Somersetshire, England.
